काँक्रो in English is called as “Cucumber“. Kakro or काँक्रो is the Nepali word for cucumber. It is a green or brown cylindrical shape vegetable grown in almost every parts of Nepal. It plant body is climber and needs support to climb. It is mainly used as “Salad” and “Vegetable” in Nepalese kitchens.
